NFL London "Were you there?" Giveaway (Week 1): Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter. Poster Kingz LTD, 4 Danebury Way, Cawston, Rugby, Warwickshire, CV22 7YB ("Poster Kingz", "we", "us").
  2. Promotion type. A free prize draw. The winner is chosen at random. No purchase is necessary, and buying anything from us will not improve your chances of winning.
  3. Dates. Opens Monday 5 October 2026, 18:30 UK time. Closes Saturday 10 October 2026, 12:00 UK time. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.
  4. Who can enter. UK residents aged 18 or over (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Residents of the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are not eligible. Not open to Poster Kingz LTD staff or their immediate families.
  5. How to enter. Entries are only accepted on the official giveaway posts on these accounts:
    • Instagram @posterkingzltd: follow @posterkingzltd and post a comment on the giveaway post answering the question "Which NFL London game were you at, or which one do you wish you'd seen?".
    • Facebook (Poster Kingz Page): post a comment on the giveaway post answering the question.
    • TikTok @posterkingzuk: follow @posterkingzuk and post a comment on the giveaway video answering the question.
    You do not need to like, share, repost or tag anyone to enter.
  6. Number of entries. One entry per account per platform. You can enter on each platform, and each valid entry has an equal chance. Entries from all platforms go into one single draw. Entries that are automated, made in bulk, made from accounts created mainly to enter competitions, or made from duplicate accounts belonging to the same person are invalid. Comments that are offensive or unlawful are invalid. Entries must be your own; you must not pay anyone to enter or comment for you.
  7. The prize. One (1) framed A3 NFL London jersey print with the I WAS THERE stamp, retail value £29.99. The winner picks from: Jaguars Wright 15 (Tottenham 2021), Jaguars Etienne Jr. 1 (Tottenham 2023), Jaguars Hurns 88 (Wembley 2015), Jaguars Lewis 89 (Wembley 2017), Jaguars Josh Allen 41 (Wembley 2023), Jaguars Washington 11 (Wembley 2024), Lions Prater 5 (Wembley 2014), Washington Cousins 8 (Wembley 2016), Raiders Jacobs 28 (Tottenham 2019). Delivered free to a UK address. No cash alternative.
  8. Choosing the winner. The draw takes place on Saturday 10 October 2026 at about 17:00. All valid entries from all platforms are drawn using a computer process that produces verifiably random results, and the draw is screen-recorded. We check that the selected entry met the entry conditions at the time of the draw (for example, that the account was following us). If it did not, we draw again.
  9. Telling the winner. We will announce the winner on Saturday 10 October 2026 at about 18:00 in our Stories and posts, and send a direct message from our official accounts only (@posterkingzltd, the Poster Kingz Facebook Page, @posterkingzuk), with a second message on Monday 12 October 2026. The winner must reply by Saturday 17 October 2026, 18:00 UK time, or we will draw a new winner the same way. We will never ask you for payment, bank or card details, or a "delivery fee". Any message asking for these is not from us.
  10. Delivery. We aim to dispatch the prize within 10 working days of receiving the winner's details, and no later than 9 November 2026. Prizes are sent by Poster Kingz LTD.
  11. Publicity. We will publish the winner's social media handle (or, if they prefer, first name and county) and the prize won on our social accounts and this page. If you object to this, tell us when you enter or when you claim. We will still have to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority if asked.
  12. Your data. We use entrants' public usernames and comments only to run this draw. We collect personal details (name, address, email) from the winner only, and use them only to deliver the prize and to show that the prize was awarded. We keep them for 6 months and then delete them.   13. Platforms. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta or TikTok. By entering, you release Instagram, Facebook, Meta and TikTok from all liability. Any questions should go to us, not to the platforms.
  14. Other. We will not change these terms during the giveaway except in exceptional circumstances outside our control, and if we do, we will post the change here. We are not responsible for entries lost because of platform outages or comments hidden by platform filters, but we will check our hidden-comment folders before the draw. Our decision on eligibility is final, subject to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  15. Intellectual property. Our prints are unofficial fan art. They are not affiliated with, endorsed or licensed by any club, player, league, competition, kit manufacturer or broadcaster.
